Shipping

As far as possible, products in stock will be dispatched on the working day following the day of the order (except Saturday). The shipping service provider of our choice is DHL GmbH.

If you would like to have your item delivered by a different shipping service provider, it is necessary to inform us of your request by e-mail at the latest when submitting the order.

The shipping costs are 0,- € for all orders within Germany. For orders to other EU countries we charge 14,98€ shipping costs.

 

Returns

We know that not every purchase can be a complete success. Therefore, you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt and cancel your order. You will receive a free DHL returns label (as a PDF) from us by email.
Please let us know your return request at kontakt@stratanex.com so that we can send you your return label.

The processing time is between 3-5 working days after receipt of the return.
