1.1 Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
1.2 How can I return an order?
We know that not every purchase can be a perfect match. Therefore, you can return your goods and cancel your order within 30 days of receipt . If you return your order from Germany, we will email you a free DHL return label (as a PDF). Returns from countries outside Germany are the responsibility of the buyer. You can find out more here.
1.3 How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany and Austria. For deliveries to other EU countries, a flat rate of €4.99 applies. You can find more details about shipping here .

1.5 How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the current delivery status of your shipment on the DHL tracking system .
1.6 Where can I find my invoice?
Who hasn't experienced this? A package arrives, and all the paperwork goes straight into the trash. That's why we send invoices exclusively via email. The invoice is accessible directly from the order confirmation with a single click.
1.7 Where can I enter a discount code?
You can simply enter your discount code in the checkout area during the ordering process.
